Can I use my mobile 'phone?

Sudan has an agreement with the UK for roaming facilities but you will need to check with your mobile phone company to make sure that your mobile phone works abroad. Failing this, SIM cards are readily available in Sudan for USD 50. If you wish, this can be arranged with us beforehand.

For a small cost, the Captain of the Ship will allow you to make an odd call or two if needed.

Depending on where the ship is, mobile signals vary.
